"Pray for the Dead" is an experiment in theatre. It is a new play for and about workers and unions, written for folks who mostly don’t go to mainstream theaters. It tackles the issues being raised in our unprecedented 2016 presidential campaign about inequality and corporate and political corruption. The play was written by Gene Bruskin who spent 40 years building the US labor movement.
This summer, Pray for the Dead will finish off a series of performances for union audiences. You are invited to join us for our first public reading at Busboys & Poets!
You must RSVP to attend. Tickets are being sold on a sliding scale of $15-$25. We can keep the momentum going solely thanks to your generous support. You can also check out our fundraising page here.
