Focus-In! Film Series presents "sahbak" film screening and Q&A.
sahbak - which means “friend” (both in Arabic and Hebrew), is about the resilience of the human spirit. It is a film about the force of love that makes people rise above religious and political divides. Through four stories of love and friendship between Israeli Jews and Palestinian Muslims, the film draws out the complexities of intimate relationships in a region scarred by wars, opposing ideologies, and religious differences.
