FEATURING: MUNDAY NITE

Munday Crowell Jr. -aka- MundayNite, was born in North Carolina, there he found his calling to the stage since the age of 9. When the time called, he moved the Washington DC and began a career that has put him on stages from the National theatre, to the Lincoln theatre. he became part of a performing group called The Ozetti Project, a non-profit that came together to stop youth violence. He released his first book “Chocolatears” in 2001, which sold a thousand copies and a Cd entitled "MundayNite Live in 2008" which sold four thousand copies all out of the truck of his car. Munday has performed his poetry at many poetry venues in DC, Maryland, and Virginia such as the Busboys and Poets locations, & Nipsey’s in Upper Marlboro, & Annie’s Art Gallery in Camp Springs. He's graced mics with the Brave New World in Philadelphia, PA and Richmond, VA. MundayNite has written a one man stage play entitled “One Mic Stand from the Page to the Stage”.
