MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s InSHAPE program will be having their celebration at Busboys and Poets- Brookland Location. InSHAPE is a comprehensive evidence-based practice for the improved health and longevity of people experiencing mental illness. This program improves participants’ health, well-being and lifespan through a combination of fitness, nutrition, social inclusion, and community engagement with the help of a designated health mentor.
