• 100% eco-friendly, sustainable “to-go” items (cutlery, containers, coffee cups)

• A Green Planet Fee will be added to all to-go and delivery orders for the disposable, compostable containers and flatware and the recyclable bags.

• 100% fair trade and organic tea
• 100% fair trade coffee
• Organic milk and dairy products
• 100% hormone-free, Halal chicken
• 100% organic eggs
• We offer organic and vegan wine and beer and biodynamic wine
• We are a Humane society “Seal Protector” and have joined the boycott against Canada’s seal hunt, the largest commercial hunt of marine mammals on the planet, by no longer purchasing any seafood from Canada
• We primarily serve Sustainable Seafood
• We add local, organically-grown field greens to salads
• In our efforts to conserve water, we only serve water upon request
• We use compostable straws made from plants grown in the USA. Our straws are certified compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute and meet ATSM standards for compostability.
